Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule high-volume, complex interviews (phone, video and in-person) for candidates at all stages of the hiring process and across multiple departments and time zones, managing calendars for candidates and various interview panels.
Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive experience through timely communication, updates and feedback.
Administrative Support: Manage all recruitment-related paperwork, including preparing and distributing interview prep documents, training materials, presentation decks and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Workday), ensuring all candidate records, job postings and statuses are accurate and up-to-date for reporting purposes, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement to facilitate time efficiency.
Recruiting Assistance: Provide comprehensive assistance to our recruiters and hiring managers across all teams to facilitate the seamless progression of candidates through the selection process, ensuring meticulous tracking and follow-up.
Team and Project Coordination: Coordinate and organize Talent Acquisition team meetings, including managing meeting minutes and ensuring appropriate follow-up. Complete ad hoc projects to improve team efficiency and strategy keeping us on the cutting edge of the Talent market.

Bachelor’s degree in related field, with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources or an administrative support role preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases and proficiency with Google productivity tools, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar. Experience with Workday and Goodtime is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Robust problem solving skills, resourceful and proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve the recruiting workflow, while acting swiftly under pressure and adapting to changing priorities and processes.
Demonstrated experience operating within a professional environment, with direct engagement across all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $62,400 - $77,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
