1. Main purpose of position:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator cum Sourcer is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, including administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and sourcing activities. This role ensures smooth recruitment operations, enhances candidate experience, and supports mass hiring and critical expansion needs.
2. Main responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation required for TA processes and compliance.
- Manage and update candidates’ data and pre onboarding documents in the Workday system.
- Support tracking and processing TA-related expenses and handle administrative tasks for the department.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports, dashboards, and data consolidation upon request.
Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Support sourcing activities across various channels for mass hiring and critical expansion if required.
- Engage with candidates through social networks, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings when required.
Scheduling & Support to TA Team
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, assessments, and hiring-related events.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Assist with employer branding or recruitment marketing activities when needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in TA projects and initiatives assigned by the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all recruitment-related activities.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- 1-year experience at the same position preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with social platforms and sourcing tools used for candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and learning agility.
Language Skill:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Native or fluent Vietnamese
Computer Skill:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to consolidate, analyze, and present information effectively.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
