Your opportunity 

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to our Talent Acquisition Team. You will have a key role in in the team with admin and support. You also will have the opportunity proactively source and attract candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles. This is your chance to join a amazing team and contribute with your expertise!  

Who you will work with 

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Team but have a broad network within the whole organization. The position is based in Boliden. You will report to the Global Manager of Recruitment.

What you will do 

• Proactively source and attract candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines and present candidate profiles to TA Partners.
• Manage recruitment documentation, templates, and system data quality.
• Handle invoice administration and daily TA‑related tasks.
• Support to TA Partners with assist throughout the recruitment process, including job ads, outreach, and initial interviews when needed.
• Email & Case Handling in Service Now.
• Manage shared inboxes, recruitment inquiries, and ServiceNow tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding for new TA team members in Workday and Teams.

What you bring 

• Relevant education in HR, administration, or communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• You are structured, service‑minded, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• You have strong administrative and organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You work proactively, handle confidential information with discretion, and are digitally confident.
• You communicate clearly and professionally and are fluent in English (spoken and written). Finnish language is plus.
• B-Drivers license.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-oriented, flexible- and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude.
