  • Champion TA initiatives, including referral programmes and regional hiring projects.
  • Partner with CR Business Partners and business leaders to align TA strategy with country and functional direction.
  • Drive DE&I by ensuring diverse, equitable and inclusive hiring processes.
  • Deliver a first‑class experience to candidates and hiring managers with a focus on quality, care and pace.

Other duties: As required by the senior management team.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant full‑cycle TA experience in global, fast‑paced environments.
  • Fluency in German and English; Dutch is an advantage for multi‑country support.
  • Proven sourcing depth across German and international channels.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience producing data‑led insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders confidently.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and transformation‑focused environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers, CR Business Partners and regional leaders.
  • Workday experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and online research.

What you’ll get

  • A competitive package depending on skills, experience and qualifications (part‑time pro‑rated)
  • Market‑competitive benefits
  • Flexibility to work from Düsseldorf or remotely within Germany
  • Discounts on a range of products and services
  • Employee Assistance Programme supporting wellbeing
