What you’ll do

As the regional TA partner, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple sites, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for both blue‑collar and white‑collar roles. You’ll build strong sourcing strategies, partner closely with leaders, and deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll bring an “Own It” mindset, operating with autonomy, anticipating needs, and driving results in a fast‑paced, lean environment.

Who we’re looking for

You are a proactive, bilingual (French/English) recruiter with strong sourcing capability and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You thrive in environments where you can

Own your region, build relationships, and influence hiring outcomes. You’re comfortable supporting diverse roles, navigating Quebec language requirements, and managing a high‑volume workload while maintaining a strong service orientation.

You’ll also need

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, supporting both blue‑ and white‑collar hiring
  • Strong direct sourcing skills for hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience supporting multiple sites or regions
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days/week in St‑Hyacinthe
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a lean, fast‑moving environment
