About the Role
Talent Acquisition Associate - Karachi
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and executing US Mobile’s hiring efforts, helping us identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across our growing teams — with a primary focus on customer experience and product support roles.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how world-class hiring operates in a fast-growing tech company. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR, Ops, and L&D to ensure hiring pipelines stay strong and candidates have an exceptional experience from first touch to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Support
Support sourcing efforts across multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and community outreach.
Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate outreach to universities, early-career networks, and talent communities as needed.
Screening & Candidate Experience
Conduct initial resume screens and scheduling coordination for shortlisted candidates.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help deliver a structured, transparent, and positive candidate experience aligned with US Mobile’s values.
Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and cities
Support hiring managers and interviewers by ensuring interview materials, prompts, and feedback are organized and available.
Act as a point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS (candidates, feedback, interview stages).
Track hiring progress and support reporting on funnel health, time-to-hire, and pipeline status.
Assist in identifying process gaps and operational improvements within recruitment workflows.
Employer Branding Support
Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives including job postings, LinkedIn content, and referral campaigns.
Support participation in career fairs, virtual hiring events, and university engagements.
Help showcase US Mobile’s culture, mission, and growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related coordination role.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with ATS tools and hiring platforms (or eager to learn quickly).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in people, hiring, and building strong teams.
Nice to have
Prior exposure to hiring for customer experience, support, or operations roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools.
Interest in recruitment analytics and process improvement.
