We’re looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy and compliance within our applicant tracking system, support sign on and referral bonus programs and maintain integrity across workforce development initiatives. You’ll play a key part in streamlining Talent Acquisition processes and providing exceptional customer service to employees and candidates both behind the scenes and as a trusted, welcoming face of the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit applicant tracking system data to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Review and verify referral and sign-on bonus eligibility and payment accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate records for Workforce Development apprenticeship programs, including job changes, pay adjustments, and retention metrics.

  • Troubleshoot recruiting process errors in Workday and escalate as needed.

  • Facilitate onboarding appointments for new hires, contractors, and transfers.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, and Payroll to identify and resolve process gaps.

  • Suggest improvements to workflows and payment processes.

  • Support recruiting events and provide backup coverage for Talent Acquisition team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

  • Must be able to work onsite.

M-F 8:00-4:30pm
