We’re seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Administrator to manage pre-employment compliance to join our national Talent Acquisition Team supporting multiple recruiters across the business.
As the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will take ownership of all pre-employment checks once candidates progress from interview stage through to commencement. You’ll be responsible for coordinating, tracking and validating mandatory requirements, ensuring compliance milestones are met and records remain audit-ready at all times.
About the role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate all pre-employment checks including police checks, licences, certifications, right-to-work documentation, medicals (where required), and role-specific compliance.
Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements.
Validate the accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to offer and commencement.
Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related candidate queries.

About you:
If you are someone who has previously worked in Administration, Compliance or a customer service role and thrive on building impactful relationships this role is for you. What we are looking for is:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong administrative and systems capability (experience with Workday highly regarded).
Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and candidate follow-ups.
Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks early and acts decisively.
Comfortable working in a compliance-driven, time-sensitive environment.
Must have full Australian working rights
Must be willing to undergo a national police check
