Full Time | 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Extend) | Sydney

We’re seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Administrator to manage pre-employment compliance to join our national Talent Acquisition Team supporting multiple recruiters across the business.

As the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will take ownership of all pre-employment checks once candidates progress from interview stage through to commencement. You’ll be responsible for coordinating, tracking and validating mandatory requirements, ensuring compliance milestones are met and records remain audit-ready at all times.

About the role:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate all pre-employment checks including police checks, licences, certifications, right-to-work documentation, medicals (where required), and role-specific compliance.

  • ⁠Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements.

  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of documentation prior to offer and commencement.

  • ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related candidate queries.

  • ⁠Proactively follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements.

About you:

If you are someone who has previously worked in Administration, Compliance or a customer service role and thrive on building impactful relationships this role is for you. What we are looking for is:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong administrative and systems capability (experience with Workday highly regarded).

  • Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and candidate follow-ups.

  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks early and acts decisively.

  • Comfortable working in a compliance-driven, time-sensitive environment.

  • Must have full Australian working rights

  • Must be willing to undergo a national police check
