As a Fab Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a crucial role in starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability. You will focus on process yield improvement, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk management. Your expertise will be vital in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving process-related problems using advanced methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine processes to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related issues.
• Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluations.
• Direct and engage in efforts to improve yield and decrease costs.
• Manage, audit, and liaise with material suppliers to meet quality and cost objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodologies.
• Established experience in improving process yield and lowering expenses.
• Proficiency in English and a Chinese language.
