【Tainan】Facility System Engineer (Regular/Mixed Shift)

Our Facilities Engineering team is dedicated to maintaining the operational excellence of Micron’s brand new manufacturing plants. We ensure that every aspect of our facilities operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

As a Senior Facilities Engineer (Shift Lead) at our Taiwan facility, you will play a meaningful role in maintaining and improving our plant operations. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a world-class team, implement innovative solutions, and ensure flawless execution in all facets of facility management!

Responsibilities:

• Manage facility systems and utility supplies to ensure stability and compliance.
• Carry out daily on-site oversight to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Support company-related activities and assist with various projects or operational tasks.
• Supervise contractors to ensure safe and high-quality execution of work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in semiconductor facility management.
• Strong computer skills, including data processing, analysis, and spreadsheet operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Leadership and teamwork skills, with the capacity to multitask and make decisions independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or related fields such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or environmental engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HVAC and electrical systems, particularly in cleanroom settings.
• Proficiency in FMCS/SCADA graphical control operations and emergency response processes.
• Good command of English for effective collaboration with international teams.
