THE JOB:
As a Table Games Shift Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our table games floor, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while upholding the highest standards of game integrity and team performance. This hands‑on leader oversees game protection, staffing, table mix, and real‑time operational decisions to drive both service excellence and financial results. With strong visibility on the floor, the Shift Manager guides and develops a high‑performing team, maintains compliance with all regulatory and property standards, and serves as a key decision‑maker during fast‑paced, high‑impact situations.
THE SCHEDULE:
A schedule shift will be determined at a later date.
Day Shift: 2:30am to 10:30am
Swing Shift: 10:30am to 6:30pm
Overnight Shift: 6:30pm to 2:30am
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversee daily table games operations, including: opening and closing duties for the assigned shift, game protection, bet spreads, game mix, and daily labor levels and assignments. Ensure that games are dealt with a high degree of proficiency.
Maintain integrity of table games equipment, and conduct reviews and analyses of new games and technology to make recommendations and improvements.
Ensure compliance with all policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, staffing levels, and guest experience expectations. Ensure the compliance of games within the Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, and notify surveillance, property leadership, and the GCB if any tampering or cheating is suspected. Notify Vice President of Casino or Casino Director of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items or alleged theft.
Interview, select, train, supervise, and counsel other table games leaders and dealers for the efficient operation of all table games operational functions for the assigned shift.
Drive high levels of employee engagement through effective communication, recognition, coaching, training, and development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience within Table Games operations.
Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$97,900.00 - $130,500.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
