As a TA Operations Manager you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end recruiting ecosystem through systems, processes, data and vendor management. Ensure scalable, efficient and compliant recruiting practices while enabling a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters. Strategic partner to TA leadership, HR, IT, finance and external vendors to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and outcomes. 

What Will You Do?

  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end TA processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. 

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and scale recruiting operations as the organization grows. 

  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and best practices across the TA function. 

  • Serve as the primary owner of TA technology, including the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other recruiting tools. 

  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to implement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. 

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on recruiting performance, capacity, quality, and time-to-fill; develop dashboards and reporting for TA and business leaders. 

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors, including agencies, background check providers, assessment tools, recruitment marketing partners, and other TA suppliers. 

  • Drive vendor performance, contract management, cost optimization, and ROI evaluation. 

  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiter productivity, candidate engagement, and decision-making. 

  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts, including career site optimization, job postings, candidate communications, and sourcing tools. 

  • Act as a trusted partner to TA leaders, recruiters, and HR Business Partners by providing operational tools, insights, and solutions. 

  • Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tools. 

 

What Do You Need? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or a related field. 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or recruiting operations. 

  • Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology ecosystems. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, system optimization, and cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights. 

Preferred 

  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts. 

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation. 

  • Project management or continuous improvement certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) a plus.

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $125,000 - $150,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
