Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Global Onboarding Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating end‑to‑end pre-boarding activities to ensure new hires are fully prepared, compliant, and productive on Day 1. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, People Care, and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies deep subject matter expertise to planning, implementing, and monitoring global onboarding programs that support business priorities.
  • Owns the employee experience for Onboarding, including all Workday communications from Ready to hire to Day 1.
  • Partners with stakeholders to address all escalations/tickets related to Onboarding
  • Co-Owns Perceptyx Onboarding surveys and leads data-driven discussions on feedback metrics
  • Presents programs to senior leadership, owning all templates/SOPs, and manages content updates in relevant portals
  • Refines strategies and develops new solutions to improve cost efficiency and ensure the program is delivering results that are aligned with the success criteria
  • Owns Day 1 experience program for in-office workers in key locations of Houston, Guadalajara, & Bangalore
  • Evaluates the ongoing effectiveness of pre-boarding, including overseeing program costs and tracking KPIs

Education and Experience

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 2- 4 years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role.

  • Applicant tracking system knowledge (Workday)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and process development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects with specific deadlines.
