Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the Systems Integration Manager role will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. This individual will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring the quality of our products, and collaborating with Program Leadership and Systems Managers to drive mission success. The Systems Integration position is dynamic and requires flexibility and adaptability. The selected manager should be prepared to step outside their comfort zone, effectively manage daily program priorities, and maintain a focus on the continuous evolution and improvement of our products.
Manages a high performance team of Systems Integration Engineers and Technical Staff on the 777-9 & 777-8F Programs with the following areas of responsibility:
Red Label Software and Hardware configuration management via the Airplane Configuration Management Board (ACMB)
Red Label Software and Hardware parts to Flight Test, Production and Change Incorporation
Problem Report (PR's) management for the Program
Regression Board management for the Program ensuring configurations are safe for flight test infiltration
PFOD Tool Development
Systems Certification including TIA deliverables
Requirements and Development Assurance (DA)
Technical Project Integration Management (TPIM) leading projects that cross Systems teams
Generates metrics, charts and key performance indicators (KPI) for Systems leadership to drive Systems execution to meet Program Milestones.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in an engineering position.
1+ years of experience leading engineering teams: manager, temporary supervisor, or engineering lead.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working within Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
Certification experience is preferred
Experience with Project management tools
Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
