Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), Space and Launch Division is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level System Engineering Support Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to support a multi-mission satellite program by promoting the team mission across the Customer Enterprise and providing training opportunities to Customers and Engineers in Springfield, Virginia.

The Space and Launch Team supports the Government and its customers by monitoring production systems and ensuring customers are receiving the most accurate, relevant products they need to accomplish their missions. Our team focuses on the operation of mission-focused technologies for a variety of customers.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Manage and maintain site-wide satellite program training as well as on an Enterprise level for government personnel/customers, military, contractors, and new personnel, to include the following, but not limited to: Site Training Website and Training Academy Registration
  • Scheduling, communicating/advertising, and conducting training
  • Creating, updating, and baselining training material across programs and courses and in coordination with Site Leadership and program subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Frequently interact, field questions, and support/provide information for all site personnel via varying means of communication
  • Perform quality control checks, updates, and baseline materials for training use, accessibility, and classes

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Active Top Secret / Top Secret SCI US Security Clearance, or completed a Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the past 5 years
  • 2+ years’ of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability and desire to learn new tools for training use
  • Active security clearance and adjudicated polygraph
  • Aerospace Industry Experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700

Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
