We are seeking a well-rounded Site Reliability Engineer to work with a team of architects and infrastructure engineers in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement network architecture and troubleshoot large-network infrastructures.
- Drive root cause analysis, follow up actions, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Implement automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to streamline repetitive tasks, maintain layered applications, and improve system reliability.
- Conduct performance monitoring and tuning of systems to ensure system responsiveness and uptime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 3+ years of industry experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in networking includes network architecture implementation and troubleshooting of large-scale network infrastructures.
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals, System administration scripting, performance tuning, scalability and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployment and/or operation.
- Experience with Elastic (ELK) deployment, operation, and optimization.
- Experience with Kafka operation and optimization.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tooling (example: Ansible and/or Jenkins).
- Experience with AI or AI agentic automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Datacenter/Cloud Hardware, Network and Infrastructure.
- Experience working with monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kabana)
- Experience in scripting with Python.
- Experience working with containerization tooling, deployment and/or support.
- Experience in system and network performance analysis and optimization.
- Experience managing clusters with AI accelerators
