We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator responsible for the day-to-day administration, automation, and troubleshooting of core enterprise systems. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of in-house software platforms, infrastructure, and network connectivity. The Systems Administrator plays a key role in maintaining high availability and performance across client/server environments while optimizing server infrastructure.
This position may also support the physical security, integrity, and operational reliability of data center and server environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, support, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DHCP, DNS, delegation, and security auditing
Administer VMware vSphere infrastructure, including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including identity lifecycle management and access controls
Support virtual application delivery using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Manage application delivery and secure network access via Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
Perform SAN administration and storage management
Administer Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate lifecycle management
Manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions (configuration, monitoring, testing, and restores)
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for administrative tasks, reporting, audits, and bulk changes
Troubleshoot complex, cross-platform infrastructure issues with a focus on root cause analysis
Participate in change management, system documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to support enterprise initiatives
Serve as an escalation point for system-related incidents and outages
Organizational & Compliance Responsibilities
Promote quality improvement, safety, and cultural diversity through daily operations and personal performance
Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor with all stakeholders, including staff, patients, and visitors
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and organizational standards

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional experience in IT or a related field
Working knowledge of:
Windows Server
Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
VMware
Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365
Basic experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience supporting production enterprise environments
SAN administration experience
Strong ability to work independently
Effective documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology environments
Experience with HPE Nimble and HPE Alletra storage platforms
Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, ExaGrid, and Spectra Logic
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
