What you’ll do as Systems Accountant – Finance Transformation:
- Improve how finance works across countries and entities, strengthening consolidation, reporting, and close activities
- Act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring systems properly support accounting processes, controls, and standards
- Identify reporting challenges, data inconsistencies, and manual workarounds, improving how local results roll up to group level
- Drive automation, standardisation, and efficiency improvements across finance systems and processes
- Lead or support finance systems changes, upgrades, testing, training, and change management activities
You are:
- A finance professional with a strong financial accounting background and understanding of consolidation and group reporting
- Experienced working with ERP systems in multi‑entity, multi‑country environments
- Exposed to finance systems change or transformation initiatives, acting as a link between Finance and IT
- Comfortable discussing end‑to‑end finance processes, data flows, and controls with a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident working across countries, cultures, and senior stakeholder groups
