Join our AnSWer Validation team, where we validate advanced sensor fusion systems powering next-generation ADAS and automated driving features. As a System Test Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of software, hardware, and real-world driving scenarios — ensuring our systems make the right decisions when it matters most.
Turn system requirements into robust, real-world test scenarios (not just test cases on paper)
Collaborate daily with Function Owners, international teams, and OEMs
Design and review system-level validation strategies for complex automotive features
Work hands-on with test benches, simulation tools, and real data
Investigate issues deeply – from symptoms to root cause
Analyze defects, challenge assumptions, and influence technical decisions
Ensure our systems behave reliably across edge cases and critical situations
Background in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, SW, or similar)
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, CAPL, or similar)
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to understand how things really work
Comfortable working in an international, fast-moving environment
You enjoy solving problems, not just reporting them
Experience with tools like Vector CANoe, CarMaker, or similar
Knowledge of ADAS / sensor fusion / embedded systems
Familiarity with ISO 26262 / SOTIF
Understanding of automotive diagnostics
ISTQB certification
Driving license (because yes — sometimes testing means real cars)
