This project role is responsible for the successful front end systemic data entry of the required disability benefits for various client plans and structures. Responsibilities will include adherence to defined project tasks while maintaining defined targets and quality, tracking of progress through various data reports, and collaboration with other project team members.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and collaborate with teammates to ensure the account structure, plans, and benefits meet the requirements of the project and of all GB systems Managing and effectively communicating the cross functional tasks are logged and documented accurately and in a timely manner
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
  • Responsible for multiple system front end data coding ensuring quality and productivity targets are met
  • Creatively work with other team members and with internal partners eliminating hand offs or escalations
  • Managing multiple priorities in an agile project environment
  • Promptly escalate when there is risk of not meeting deadlines
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when working with colleagues and internal partners
  • Be accountable and drive accountability in others
  • Support Project Initiatives by sharing expertise and knowledge
  • Understand your role and the impact you have on the overall project

Required Qualifications:

  • General Group Benefits knowledge is an asset

  • Solid knowledge of ManuConnect and its various feeds for coding purposes

  • Working knowledge of CPM, GPM and NAV

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiating, problem resolution and conflict management skills

  • Solid understanding of benefits and processing of all other GB partners

  • Superior Customer service approach

  • Ability to break down complex cases and able to recommend solutions

Salary range is expected to be between

$44,775.00 CAD - $74,625.00 CAD
