Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes?

As a system designer you will create the system designs for audio visual systems being installed into clients’ sites. You’ll develop and create design specifications based for products being installed into customers’ sites. You’ll be responsible for all design aspects of the job, including layout and various audio/visual specifications.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with account managers, vendors and clients to select appropriate products to meet clients needs and budget
• Program, test and troubleshoot audiovisual systems to ensure they work before job completion where required
• Create product maps and install guides for Geek Squad teams to utilize for installation of system
• Provide technical support to Project Managers and Installers and lead resolution for any programming issues related to the installed system

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of design and installation experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Visio and / or AutoCAD
• Advanced understanding of the design and implementation of AV systems
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
• A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (5 years of driving experience)
• Legally bondable
• CTS Certifications

Annualized base pay range

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
