Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled :  Apprenticeship Advanced Engineering & System Studies has just opened at Airbus India located in Bengaluru. You will join the "Advanced Engineering & System Studies" department in charge of Health Engineering (Predictive Maintenance).

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Your main missions will consist of :

• Design Support:  Assist in the design, development, and optimization of aerospace components and systems under the guidance of senior staff.

• Technical Analysis: Support complex engineering analysis and help troubleshoot technical challenges by proposing creative, data-driven solutions.

• Tool Utilization: Learn and apply industry-standard engineering tools and methodologies for design, analysis, and validation.

• R&D Participation: Contribute to technology maturation, assisting with everything from initial concept generation to feasibility studies and prototyping.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within interdisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to R&D, design, manufacturing, and testing environments.

• Agile Development: Support the development of Simulation Development Environment applications using AGILE methodologies.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation, and observe/participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.

• Market & Tech Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to help keep the team at the forefront of aerospace innovation

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:

• You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control .

• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

-  Basic aerospace domain knowledge 

-  Experience in simulation and modeling of behavioral and/or physical systems (e.g.  

    using Matlab, Simulink)

- Experience with programming in C, C++, Matlab, java, C #, Python.
 

- Soft Skills :

- Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability 

- Flexibility and adaptability 

- Ability to work well in a team environment
 

- Language skills :

- English : fluent
