We are looking for a System Architect for the Detect department at our R&D center in Prague. The candidate will be responsible designing and developing system architecture concepts for new and existing products.
System Architecture & Requirements
Design and develop system architecture concepts for new and existing products.
Create and maintain functional requirements and system specifications.
Ensure system architecture aligns with product, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements Analysis & Technical Specifications
Analyze customer and internal requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Identify system constraints, interfaces, and dependencies early in the development process.
Support requirement traceability across system components and subsystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal development teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the product development process.
Coordinate technical discussions to ensure alignment of architecture decisions and implementation.
Support the integration of subsystems developed by different teams or suppliers.
System Integration
Oversee the integration of developed components and subsystems into the overall system architecture.
Ensure compatibility, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions.
Support validation and verification activities during system integration phases.
Technical Support
Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance to production and service teams.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex system-level issues.
Innovation & Technology Development
Contribute to the development of new technologies, architectures, and processes related to product development.
Identify opportunities for system improvements, optimization, and innovation.
Intellectual Property
Participate in the preparation and submission of patent applications related to system design, architecture, and new technologies.
LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:
Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols
Experience with software tools for system design and simulation
Experience with testing tools and methods
Excellent communication skills in English language
Good teamwork and problem solving skills
