Key Responsibility:
• Interpret and decompose OEM/customer system requirements into system and subsystem architecture, defining
system‑level functional architecture with allocation to hardware, basic software, application software, and external
systems.
• Define and maintain system interfaces (vehicle, ECU, network, diagnostics, calibration), while curating architectural
assumptions, constraints, and rationale.
• Lead architecture trade‑off studies (performance, cost, safety, scalability, reuse) and act as the technical decision
authority for system architecture topics within the project.
• Apply MBSE principles and SysML for system modelling, requirement decomposition, and architectural definition, using
at least one architectural tool (preferably EA).
• Contribute to overall project scope definition for controller electronic hardware (eHW) and software development,
including functional safety and cybersecurity aspects.
• Contribute to Planning systems activities across features and solutions, defining content and priorities of systems tasks
using a formal task management tool.
• Contribute to the requirements development process, supporting enhancement and standardization of System
Development work artefacts.
• Support the Change Control Board for enabling progression of Change Requests and resolution of problems and issues.
• Drive closure of system‑related internal and external issues through structured root‑cause analysis (e.g., 8Ds), ensuring
adherence to internal ASPICE‑based development processes.
• Review system work products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with the System Test Lead (SYTL) to ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Collaborate with global teams on Systems Engineering assignments and tasks.
What we are looking for:
• We seek professionals with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and automotive systems development.
• The ideal candidate while meeting the Education & Experience Qualification listed above, should also have experience
working within an ASPICE-based process environment or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Project and a task management tool such as Atlassian JIRA, IBM Rational RTC,
or Polarion is essential.
• You must possess knowledge of V-Model Development Methodology and Systems Engineering principles.
• Preferred qualifications include experience delivering a project with functional safety (ISO 26262) requirements,
propulsion, power electronics, software, or electric motor system experience.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) and strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and guidelines (e.g.,
INCOSE) will distinguish exceptional candidates
