Our infrastructure processes over 23 million HTTP requests per second and runs across four global data centers (EU, APAC, US East and US West), powered largely by open-source technologies and modern infrastructure automation.
Our System Administration team is responsible for designing, maintaining and scaling the infrastructure that powers RTB House’s global platform. We manage thousands of servers, develop internal infrastructure tooling and ensure the reliability, scalability and security of our production environment.
We are currently expanding two infrastructure teams:
BOM (Backup, Orchestration, Monitoring) – focused on infrastructure automation, configuration management, monitoring systems and internal tooling.
HW Infrastructure – focused on physical server infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and deployment of new servers across our datacenters.

You Will:
Manage and expand large-scale Linux server infrastructure running in multiple global data centers
Monitor production systems and respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents
Automate routine administrative tasks using scripts and infrastructure tools
Support development teams by maintaining stable and scalable infrastructure environments
Ensure system security, reliability, scalability and high availability
Depending on the team you join, you may also work on:
BOM Team – Backup, Orchestration, Monitoring
Maintaining configuration management systems based on Puppet
Developing and maintaining monitoring systems and dashboards
Managing on-premise container platforms and infrastructure services
Maintaining backup systems and internal infrastructure tools
Supporting Machine Learning teams with GPU and storage infrastructure
HW Infrastructure Team
Deploying and integrating new servers into production infrastructure
Maintaining physical server infrastructure across multiple datacenters
Managing virtualization and storage clusters
Troubleshooting hardware and low-level infrastructure issues
Participating in hardware capacity planning and performance testing of new components
Collaborating with datacenter technicians during infrastructure upgrades and maintenance
Desired Experience:
3+ years of experience in Linux system administration
Experience working with production infrastructure environments
Ability to write automation scripts (Bash, Python or similar)
Understanding of Linux networking concepts (iptables, bridging, bonding, VPNs, network namespaces)
Experience troubleshooting systems via Linux console
Familiarity with container technologies and infrastructure tooling
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
