The Opportunity:
Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior Systems Administrator supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and direct the configuration and operation of information management systems
Direct the work of other system administrators to provide day-to-day system administration
Lead system and resource optimization efforts
Conduct capacity and performance analysis
Provide system configuration change and upgrade recommendations
Increase system administrator efficiency through automated tools and scripts
Develop system administration procedures
Conduct system administrator training and skills assessment
Oversee enterprise-wide system operations
Lead implementation of security controls and compliance measures
Manage complex system integrations
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior administrators
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in system administration within DoD/Navy programs
Extensive knowledge of system administration principles and practices
Experience leading technical teams
Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations
Proven track record of system optimization and automation
Experience with performance analysis and capacity planning
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Advanced technical certifications
Experience with cloud technologies
