JOB POSITION

  • Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for an Associate Systems Engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work on tickets that have been assigned to him/her and close these within SLAs
  • Assist associates with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to Carelon India associate.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
  • Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
  • Provide Technical guidance

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in System administration / End user support.
  • Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11
  • Hands-on experience on Asset Management will be a plus

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrate experience influencing technical and business stakeholders through verbal and written communications 
  • Candidate needs to have a strong background of hardware and software system components
  • Can pick up a new skill quickly
  • Strong understanding of SSCM, packaging, sequencing and deployment
  • Good understanding on VPN troubleshooting for end users
  • Strong understanding of Dell hardware (Laptops, PC etc.)
  • Good at reporting metrics and creating dashboards.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills  
  • Strong working knowledge of End User Support.
  • Take personal responsibility for developing new skills and learning about the business 
  • Give timely, balanced, honest, and caring feedback to help develop others
