  • Build strong, effective working relationships with underwriters, brokers, and internal stakeholders, becoming a reliable and knowledgeable presence across the business.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Play an active role in shaping how the team works, contributing to process improvements, standard operating procedures, and the adoption of new systems and ways of working as the business evolves.
  • Work with cutting-edge AI tools that the Operations team is pioneering, helping to drive faster and more accurate processing in support of our underwriters and the wider business.

Compliance and Team Development

  • Support the training and development of colleagues, sharing technical knowledge and helping to build team capability across onshore and offshore partners.
  • Uphold Travelers Europe's commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical conduct, acting in line with our values in everything you do.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
