The Swimming Pool / Jacuzzi Attendant is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operation of both areas. They welcome members/guests and attend to their needs.
What you will do?
Safety Monitoring
- Supervise pool/jacuzzi area
- Enforce rules professionally
- Stay alert to hazards
Guest Service
- Greet and assist guests
- Share pool info and schedules
- Handle requests and complaints
Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep pool area clean and safe
- Set up and close pool daily
- Arrange furniture and umbrellas
- Provide towels, shade, and drinks
- Clear trash and used items
- Follow safety protocols
- Monitor guest activity
- Report issues to management
- Inspect and manage cleaning schedule
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Second Language: English
- Previous experience in a hospitality, recreation, or pool-related role preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills.
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
- Ability to remain focused and vigilant for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Attentive to detail
