What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate sweeper trucks safely and efficiently across assigned work areas
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment readiness
- Remove debris and maintain clean roadways, yards, and plant surfaces
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

- Ability to operate mobile equipment confidently and safely
- Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices
- Capability to perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
- Comfort working independently and adapting to changing priorities
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
