HPE CSLV’s Team Mission is to Retain and expand business with HPE’s IB customers by being a trusted advisor and customer success advocate, driving innovation and adoption of HPE’s portfolio while maximizing profitable growth
The primary responsibility of the OS Sales Manager is to demonstrate leadership in supporting this CSLV Mission. You do that through Leading by example in building and Maintaining an High Performance (OS Sales) team, by increasing Customer relevance & loyalty, and by accelerating (direct / indirect) growth in our Installed Base.
As OS Sales Manager you lead a strong team of 11 Sales & Sales Support professionals.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
As NWE Sweden OS Sales Manager you have the following responsibilities:
Lead strong OS Sales team for IB Excellence with BU visibility
Increase country OS Services orders through (value based) focused execution, leveraging strong alignment with BU Sales and Delivery organization
Expand HPE’s Customer Success methodology to Operational Services
Increase Customer-facing time as well as Solution adoption through focused sales conversations
Lead OS effort for Channel growth by reenergizing Partner Ownership for Operational Services, and expanding networks to include new personas/stakeholders
(Further) develop High performing Sales team with full accountability for Customer engagement, Solution Selling mindset, and rigorous execution of HPE sales process / tools
Drive business analytics, including forecasting
Key deliverables/accountabilities, per defined metrics:
OS IB / Expand Orders vs Budget, as well as Pipeline metrics
Increase of Renewal / Conversion rates YoY
Account / Channel plan metrics, as well as Close plans
Customer Facing time > 70%
SFDC Accuracy

Education (degree) and professional experience required
University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Typically, 8-10+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals.
Experience mentoring other sales professional and other employees.
Prefer experience leading, indirectly managing, or influencing high performing sales teams (through stretch assignments, sales engagements, virtual team projects, etc.)

String business skills: Business Analytics, Forecasting, Finance Acumen.
A structured way of working with excellent planning and forecasting capabilities, ensuring that both short‑term tasks and long‑term initiatives are executed with clarity and control.
