SW Engineer - TDP (Technology Development Program)

Overall Purpose:

Join AT&T’s Technology Development Program (TDP): a two‑year immersive program designed to accelerate your growth as a software engineer with strong foundations in modern software development and AI‑driven engineering.
Participants rotate across two different assignments, gaining hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real‑world systems while building both technical depth and business acumen.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer in TDP, you will design, build, and maintain modern software solutions using clean, efficient, and well‑tested code. You will leverage AI and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex technical problems. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, user‑focused solutions while continuously learning and applying emerging technologies.

Education/Experience:

Experience is limited to up to 1 year.

B.Sc. is required.
