The Institutional Liquidity Distribution division sits within Franklin Templeton’s Global Insurance and Institutional Solutions Group and drives the firm’s leadership in liquidity and short-term investing. The team partners with institutional clients globally to deliver a broad range of liquidity, short-duration, and innovative digital solutions. Colleagues work collaboratively across investment, product, and distribution teams, combining deep market expertise with a client-first approach. Joining this team offers exposure to market-leading strategies, global clients, and the opportunity to shape the future of liquidity solutions.
Core Responsibilities
• Represent liquidity and short-term solutions to institutional investors across multiple client segments.
• Strengthen Franklin Templeton’s liquidity presence across the UK and Western Europe.
• Deliver short-term investment solutions to institutional and retail clients.
• Collaborate with Digital Assets on tokenized liquidity opportunities.
• Partner across distribution teams to support cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior institutional decision‑makers.
• Develop intermediary relationships with banks, portals, and platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional liquidity sales strategy.
• Grow liquidity and short‑duration product adoption.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle end‑to‑end.
• Build and maintain a robust revenue pipeline.
• Partner with product teams on client‑aligned solutions.
• Ensure accurate CRM and business reporting data.
• Support cross‑sales, including Digital Assets solutions.
Team & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with regional sales colleagues.
• Partner with Marketing on targeted client content.
• Work with Client Servicing to deliver an excellent client experience.
Experience, Education & Certifications
• Extensive institutional liquidity sales experience.
• Deep expertise in asset management or bank‑led liquidity solutions.
• Proven success selling complex investment strategies.
• Strong existing network within institutional liquidity markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• IMC or CFA qualification preferred.
Technical Skills
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools effectively.
Soft Skills
• Client‑focused, proactive, and commercially driven.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a certified position under SMCR.
