The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and high-impact SVP, Media to spearhead the media strategy and execution for one of the world’s most iconic and innovative tech brands. This high-visibility leadership role sits at the critical intersection of brand storytelling, performance marketing, creative excellence, and data-driven innovation.

As the Global Lead, you will orchestrate a unified media vision across all regions, ensuring our client remains at the vanguard of the digital landscape. You are not merely managing campaigns; you are architecting the global blueprint for integrated media investment. Your mandate is to harmonize high-level strategic vision with the operational rigor necessary to scale complex media programs across a diverse, multi-market global ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Global Innovation
  • Global Vision & Strategy: Drive the overarching integrated media roadmap—spanning Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV, and Emerging Channels—to maintain the client’s position as a global market leader.
  • Innovation Pipeline: Identify and capitalize on "first-to-market" opportunities, particularly in AI-driven media, privacy-first measurement, and next-generation digital ecosystems.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Dissolve traditional silos to ensure brand and performance initiatives function as a closed-loop system, maximizing long-term brand equity alongside short-term growth.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a consultant on global resource infrastructure, advising on the talent and technology required to support the client’s continued expansion.
Operational Rigor & Global Scaling
  • Program Architecture: Design and implement robust operational frameworks that facilitate seamless multi-week campaign execution and rapid scaling into new product areas.
  • Process Engineering: Establish high-velocity workflows that ensure end-to-end campaign development is consistent, repeatable, and agile.
  • Global Portfolio Management: Direct resource allocation and investment across a comprehensive global portfolio, ensuring all deliverables meet exacting specifications while remaining on time and on budget.
  • Market Enablement: Develop universal toolkits and playbooks that empower regional teams to launch and manage programs with local relevance and global consistency.
Data Storytelling & Impact Analysis
  • Impact Frameworks: Partner with Growth and Data teams to build standardized measurement frameworks, ensuring the business impact of media is clearly quantified and socialized.
  • The Narrative: Act as a premier data storyteller, translating complex performance metrics into compelling, executive-level business cases that influence client decision-making.
  • Operational Optimization: Conduct quarterly deep-dives into operational efficiency, providing actionable recommendations on process refinement and strategic hiring.
Team Leadership & Relationship Stewardship
  • Embedded Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a high-performing, agency-embedded team, fostering a culture of excellence, intellectual curiosity, and radical collaboration.
  • Executive Partnership: Build and sustain high-trust relationships with client leadership and internal discipline leads across Strategy, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead integrated teams to deliver complex programs across web, email, and digital advertising, ensuring total alignment across global hubs.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 15+ years of leadership in media and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, global accounts.
  • Operational Mastery: Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex global operations from the ground up.
  • Media Expertise: Deep fluency in the global search and digital advertising ecosystem, with a "media-first" lens on driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Communication: An exceptional communicator who manages with transparency and possesses the executive presence to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Leadership Style: A "leader of leaders" capable of inspiring cross-functional teams to produce world-class work under rigorous timelines.You prioritize the professional trajectory of the team. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$220,000$250,000 USD
