YOUR ROLE:
This position will have oversight over RAPP’s TMNA responsibilities which is the CRM/Precision Marketing agency of record. RAPP’s support encompasses nearly every marketing business unit at TMNA (Toyota and Lexus) and Toyota Financial Services across Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3.
Support Toyota Motors North America (TMNA) overall mission to create the best Omni Channel Customer Experience, leveraging and identifying their data and marketing technology and data infrastructure. Guide the teams in enabling best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision, and effectively track, report and optimize each step of the customer journey.
Balance team leadership and managerial responsibilities with subject matter expertise in overseeing and supporting data and platform enablement deliverables. You’ll provide sound strategic guidance and leadership to your team, colleagues and senior level clients and other agency leaders. You will provide guidance to the day-to-day teams and senior leaders responsible for managing our clients’ business as well as build relationships with senior clients in our portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization and growth and be a trusted advisor as they lead their teams and organizational transformation. You will be an avid follower of shifts in the data/mar-tech environment and provide guidance to the team and clients as to how to adjust strategy to best position them in the context of these shifts. You will also educate the broader Account team to ensure we are delivering state-of-the-art counsel and content to our clients. You will serve as an agency leader and establish the performance and revenue growth of the account. You are a true leader who demonstrates passion in all that you do, an entrepreneur, an innovator, and a driver of growth for your clients’ businesses and RAPP’s.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
