Join our Sustainability Consulting team in Southeast Asia at a pivotal moment. As companies and governments pursue net zero carbon targets by 2050, the real estate sector plays a critical role. You'll help shape sustainable buildings across the region and be part of the movement transforming the industry for decades to come.
Green Building Consultancy
Manage end-to-end green building certification processes (LEED, WELL, EDGE, TREES, etc.) including registration, documentation, and submission to certification bodies
Coordinate with stakeholders across the project lifecycle—design teams, contractors, project managers, and operations staff
Conduct gap analysis and develop scoring strategies to achieve target certifications
Lead on-site workshops, briefings, and data collection exercises
Develop sustainable construction strategies covering waste management, material optimization, pollution prevention, indoor air quality, and commissioning
Conduct site inspections, water audits, and compliance meetings with stakeholders
Collaborate with the regional team on energy modeling and daylight simulations
Compile comprehensive documentation including photos, specifications, calculations, and stakeholder authorizations for certification body review
Serve as primary liaison with certification evaluators and respond to clarifications
Conduct regular site visits to ensure contractors meet green building criteria
Identify and recommend suppliers for sustainable materials and services
Support marketing initiatives showcasing project sustainability credentials through case studies, articles, and online presence
Business Development
Support business development activities to identify new sustainability opportunities in the Thailand real estate market
Build visibility and exposure through the broader Southeast Asia ecosystem
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing and presentations
Strong analytical capabilities for reviewing technical documents, regulations, and standards
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software (energy analysis, life-cycle assessment tools, web-based platforms)
Solid understanding of environmental design principles
Collaborative team player able to work effectively across regional teams
Client-focused approach with ability to identify needs and tailor services accordingly
Required: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy preferred), or related field
Required: LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C, ID+C, or O+M preferred) with project management experience, and/or WELL AP, EDGE Expert, TREES AP
Experience: 3-5 years in sustainable building design and construction with demonstrated career progression
Preferred: Certifications or affiliations with industry organizations such as USGBC, GBCI, IWBI, TGBI (Thai Green Building Institute), ASHRAE, or professional architectural/engineering associations
