It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

This position will be a hybrid role, requiring an element of working from home, travel to our offices and travel to our sites as and when required.
As a Recoveries Surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering historic documentation, dealing with contractual issues, reviewing scoping documents and drawings, analysing cost information, assisting with preparing notices to relevant parties, and liaising with external solicitors.
We're looking for a Recoveries Surveyor ideally with previous exposure to remediation works of legacy building projects (Fire safety / recladding) either from a developer or main contractor background, alternatively we will consider those with experience on RC Frame or high-rise type projects.
You must have an excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of litigation.
You will be a numbers driven person, commercially aware, with an eye for detail, with some technical acumen, and with strong problem-solving skills. You will be able to lead by example and focus on building a strong team ethic and working relationships both within your team, the other departments teams (Technical, Build, Finance) and external partners.
Your qualifications and memberships will be aligned to a Quantity Surveyor level within the industry.
