What will your impact be?

As a mid-level Surveyor, you’ll join our highly regarded Geospatial Team, working alongside passionate specialists who quite literally bring ideas to life. You’ll contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects across Queensland and beyond, with the autonomy to grow your technical capability and leadership skills.

Your role will include:

• Delivering topographic and detail surveys
• Conducting control surveys and mobile data capture
• Laser scanning and imagery capture, including UAV operations
• Managing and working with complex datasets and big data
• Leading and mentoring field teams
• Applying digital tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency

You’ll work across transport, land, water, industrial and aviation projects—no two days are the same.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in quality outcomes and is excited by where surveying and digital engineering are heading.

You’ll bring:

• A willingness to travel within Queensland and Australia for project work (mostly weekdays)
• A strong commitment to health and safety—this is our number one priority
• Australian or New Zealand surveying experience (preferred)
• Experience with 12d software and Leica survey equipment (desirable, not essential)
• Curiosity and openness to using automation and AI to make work smarter
• Energy and enthusiasm to contribute across diverse infrastructure sectors
