Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager helps a licensed project manager by overseeing many of the technical and production components of creating surveys and/or construction staking activities. The APM interacts with field crews by preparing field packages, performing quality control, and answering scope questions. The APM also interacts with Survey Technicians to assist with advanced drafting, research and quality control. A high-performing APM will handle most of the technical and production activities allowing the PM to focus on key survey decisions. Additionally, the APM will keep the PM updated on any technical issues that arise during the technical stages of a survey.
