Description:

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Recovery Room (PACU), this position is responsible for the scheduling of all Surgical Services invasive and non-invasive procedures utilizing full scheduling capacity with all scheduling systems used by the Surgical Services Scheduling Department. This position is also directly responsible for responding to customers and administration for assigned scheduling areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

2. Extensive medical terminology experience and knowledge of anatomy is required.

3. Office experience in a medical setting is preferred.

4. Effective communication, data entry and computer skills are required.

5. Knowledge of all areas of Surgical Services Scheduling and ability to serve as a resource for all Surgical Services scheduling functions are required.

Pay Range:

$22.59 to $30.51
