Salary Range: $124531 - $161889 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTALLATION PLANS PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the STRATEGY AND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS DIVISION of NAS JAX.

Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for integrating and coordinating program-centric data, plans, documentation, analysis and recommended actions for installation consideration and implementation.
  • You will be responsible for the efficient and timely coordination of staff actions and events in support of installation operations and service delivery.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating installation-wide business operations and support services to include input in program business plans.
  • You will work across organizational and command boundaries coordinating issues, efforts, and initiatives with local municipalities, state government offices, and higher echelon Navy, DoD, and Federal Agency activities.
  • You will perform analytical and evaluative work in determining the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the program and the accomplishment of objectives.
  • You will monitor business practices and processes of all Region programs at the Installation level and identifies problem areas.
  • You will analyze short and long-range mission and readiness impacts of policy changes to the Installation.
  • You will perform analysis on impacts of resource and staffing changes to readiness and develops risk assessments and courses of action integrating all program lines.
  • You will monitor the execution of installation military and civilian manpower and personnel management programs to maintain personnel readiness.
  • You will perform supervisory functions such as assigning work and developing performance plans.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level GS-13 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short-term and long-range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement; 4) Applying fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis to conduct studies; and 5) Supervises/advises civilian personnel in matters of human resource issues, and acts as an intermediary to base leadership.
