Salary Range: $146632 - $190627 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL/ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER/ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES SCIENTIST in the ENVIRONMENTAL READINESS TRAINING DIVISION of NAVAL SCHOOL CEC OFFICERS.

Major Duties:

  • You will Develop new curricula and perform training material revisions and modifications to existing curricula.
  • You will evaluate the technical content and instructional design of the curricula to ensure it is accurate, current.
  • You will coordinate changes in Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), and Enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS).
  • You will develop long range plans for the division's programs.
  • You will develop out-year budgets and schedules of training course offerings.

Qualifications: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on environmental training programs, policies and procedures including overseas environmental requirements; 2) Providing curriculum develop and instructional design for courses in hazardous waste; 3) Managing budgets, including developing annual resource requirements and execution plans and reimbursable funding; 4) Conveying technical information and environmental requirements to all levels of personnel including classroom, distance learning and conferences.
