We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our supportive team on a part-time basis (15–20 hours per week, negotiable). This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, patience and genuine care to their work.
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to individuals living with a disability, helping them feel safe, respected and supported in their daily lives. Shifts include overnights and weekends, supporting participants in their home environment.

About You
You bring a caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability and are reliable, dependable and committed to consistently showing up for participants. You are comfortable working overnight and weekend shifts and have experience with hoist transfers and manual handling or a genuine willingness to learn, with training provided.
Any previous experience you may have either working with or those shaped by your own life experiences are highly valued, these can also include those of a carer/parent, if this sounds like you, we have the perfect opportunity right here, with us.
