Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… 

To join our team as a Support Specialist II to help deliver a residential energy affordability and efficiency program in British Columbia.  We are a close-knit team who are passionate about the work we do and enjoy working with each other and the public. As a Support Specialist II, you will work with the public to understand their needs and help them find the energy reduction strategy that works best for them, within the scope of the Program we deliver.

There is an in office requirement 2-3 days per week for this position.

You’re a great fit if you are…

  • Manage and respond to incoming email and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

  • Prepare and issue information requests to customers and assessors to resolve submission deficiencies.

  • Accurately document and maintain customer records in internal systems.

  • Prepare and maintain reports to track and monitor project activity.

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating home evaluations and installations.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Exciting candidates have…

  • Post‑secondary education.

  • 1+ year of relevant customer service and/or administrative experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.

  • A strong verbal and written communicator. Demonstrated written and oral fluency in
