About the Role

Pinnacle Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Support Specialist to join our Warminster office. In this role, you will be a key partner to our insurance agents, helping them navigate certifications, compliance requirements, carrier processes, and product support.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in being a trusted resource for others. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Medicare and health insurance operations while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Agent Support & Communication

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist agents with certifications and service-related questions

  • Respond to agent, carrier, and internal emails with professionalism and urgency

  • Provide product information and support across multiple health insurance lines

Compliance & Certification Support

  • Learn and apply HIPAA, LIMRA, and CMS guidelines

  • Coordinate and track certification progress with internal teams

  • Share information regarding certifications, webinars, and training sessions

Carrier & Enrollment Coordination

  • Follow up with carriers regarding enrollment and application statuses

  • Provide accurate rate quotes across multiple product lines

  • Assist agents with troubleshooting online enrollment tools

Operational Support

  • Manage supply orders for agents and the home office

  • Utilize internal systems including the agent database and enrollment platforms

  • Support additional projects and team initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, confident phone presence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through

  • Medicare or insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
