Support Officer Retail

We are looking for a Support Officer Retail to join the growing team on a casual basis.

As Support Officer Retail, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Retail team. You will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Assisting in the safe storage of retail products
• Handling, receiving and dispatching of store stock
• Performing retail products and logistics support
• Providing administrative support for the processing of sales
• Performing retail products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
   

About you
To excel at Elders, you:

• Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service
• Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients’ current and future needs, the region and our competitors
• Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
• Are able to work independently and have good time management skills
• Ideally have some previous sales experience
• Have a drivers license. A Forklift and HR Truck license is preferred but not essential
