Support Engineer

  • Responsible for Equipment* data related activities and related global support for C4C

* its a digital twin of a physical product which carries the entire Product life cycle and can be tracked in C4C.an Equipment is also called as Registered Products in C4C.

  • Support necessary tasks related to data management of KSB and Non-KSB Equipments (i.e. Products)

  • Support tasks related to preparation of site database and related web portal tasks

  • Interact with key users within KSB group globally, to ensure completeness and correctness of given task in time and support activities

  • Support global rollouts for implementations of various projects

  • Detailed Documentation of each activity and update the SharePoint and portal for communications to the users.

  • User trainings

  • Regular testing activities for Quality tenant and cross collaboration with C4C functional team and IT developers.

  • Support data migrations as a part of any new C4C or SAP implementations which will have effect on the existing product data in C4C.

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • Preferred- Good knowledge of KSB global products and main part types.

  • Required- Exposure to SAP SD module, MM module & C4C (CRM tool- Cloud for customer)

  • Expertise in MS – Excel/ Macros

  • Bare minimum exposure to After Market business process

  • Data Analysis, tools and procedures

Qualification and experience

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or core engineering stream.

  • Or Bachelors in Computers with business domain knowledge

  • 5-6 years of Experience (with exposure to Data related tasks)

  • Pump or allied industry
