The GFS Tier 1 Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for internal C2O/PM users, Billing Ops and other internal departments. The Analyst will provide support and/or subject matter expertise for the contract entry function
What you’ll do
Serve as the primary Tier 1 point of contact for internal departments and Billing Operations, providing initial troubleshooting and support.
Resolve technical issues directly or coordinate with Tier 2 resources, ensuring all progress is tracked and resolutions are communicated to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Order-to-Cash (OTC) team to address cross-functional challenges and document system fixes through official Release Notes.
Monitor critical system performance and maintain automated file-loading tools to ensure consistent operational uptime.
Execute manual file transfers and fulfill specific client requests, including account setups and data migrations into the C2O system.
Analyze recurring support trends to identify and implement strategic improvements to existing operational processes.
Maintain data integrity and service standards by bridging the gap between automated workflows and manual administrative tasks.
What experience you need
1–2 years of experience in advanced spreadsheet formulas and features, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF/SUMIF/COUNTIF statements, and Pivot Tables.
English level B2+/C1
Portuguese level B2+/C1
1 year of data analysis experience.
