The Role We Are Offering You

As a Supply Support Officer, you will be responsible for purchasing, warehousing, and inventory functions to support Defence operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling delivery of goods and services.
  • Preparing purchase orders and managing custody of serialized items.
  • Receiving, storing, and issuing goods while maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Managing Defence-mandated systems for inventory control and reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

Essential:

  • Diploma in Logistics or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Supply Support or Logistics roles.
  • Experience with Defence logistics systems.

Desirable:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and prepare detailed reports.
