As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a central role in optimizing Agropur’s frozen products supply chain. You will be at the heart of the processes, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and distribution across the network. Your contribution will be critical to achieving customer service objectives while maximizing manufacturing and logistics efficiency, all within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.

Salary scale 004: $73 000 to $91 200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
How you will contribute to collective success:
Develop and maintain a short- to medium-term production plan (up to 18 months), including inventory projections and capacity utilization;
Collaborate with the demand management team and work closely with plants to achieve objectives;
Resolve day-to-day issues caused by fluctuations in sales forecasts and supply in order to meet the required service level;
Manage the allocation of promotional volumes based on available plant production capacity to meet demand on time while optimizing costs;
Coordinate and monitor corrective and improvement actions required to meet standards and objectives;
Ensure healthy inventory levels by mitigating both stockouts and obsolete/aging inventory;
Optimize manufacturing costs by improving efficiency related to S&OP supply chain processes;
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply planning activities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process;
Ensure effective communication with other functions to achieve targeted service levels;
Participate in various continuous improvement projects.
The type of player who fits in well with the team:
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in supply chain / logistics / operations);
3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning;
Experience with integrated planning systems in an ERP environment;
Advanced proficiency in computer tools such as Excel and Power BI or equivalent;
Fluent communication skills in both French and English;
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
